Whole Building Design Submission Requirements

Up to four submission boards, PDF format preferred. If you are selected as a winner high res files may be requested. 24” x 36” printed format or metric equivalent (Entries must be in English)

1. Site Plan (Scale: 1”=20’)
2. Floor Plan(s) (Scale: 1/8”=1’-0”)
3. 1 Section (minimum) (Scale: 1/4”=1’-0”)
4. Elevations (Scale: 1/4”=1’-0”)
5. Illustration of key elements of sustainable infrastructure and building systems (Scale: as appropriate)
6. Wall section OR detail illustrating special environmental features (Scale: 1 1/2”=1’-0”)
7. Energy Strategy Narrative (12pt minimum)
8. Energy Calculations or Energy Model (12pt minimum)

Technical Design Submission Requirements

(Entries must be in English)

1. Illustration of technical proposal (Scale: as appropriate)
2. Illustrations and Narrative explaining your proposal and its application to brick and/or building construction or operations (see above)
